Optimus IC Sp. z o.o. is established. The company’s initial activity is the distribution of fiscal cash registers of the Japanese brand BMC in Poland. |

1995 |
The manufacturing of fiscal cash registers under the license of the Japanese company BMC is started. |

1996 |
Optimus IC SA becomes a leader of the Polish fiscal equipment market and extends its offering with other devices supporting the work of commercial outlets: automatic identification equipment and electronic scales. |

1997 |
Premiere of the first product of our own design – a fiscal printer designed from a scratch by the company’s engineers. |

1999 |
Company’s products appear in foreign markets; domestically Optimus IC SA holds the widest offering of fiscal equipment. SAP system (Systeme, Anwendungen, Produkte in der Datenverarbeitung, i.e. systems, applications and products for data processing) is implemented in order to improve the company management processes. |

2000 |
The offering is extended with a new product category – electronic transaction systems. |

2001 |
Optimus IC SA commences cooperation with foreign partners in the scope of the distribution of automatic identification devices. |

2002 |
The company presents its offering, which for the first time includes fiscal equipment of our own manufacturing. |

2003 |
The company’s offering is enriched with specialized fiscal and measuring devices. |

2004 |
The distribution network is expanded and the company’s visual identification system is renewed. Implementation of a Quality Management System compliant with ISO 9001:2000 and certified by BVQI – one of the world’s best certification bodies. Optimus IC signs the biggest contract in its history with Polish Mail for fitting the post offices with automatic identification devices. |

The company changes its name to Novitus and debuts in December in the Warsaw Stock Exchange. |

2006 |
Novitus SA attracts a new strategic investor – Comp SA. |

2007 |
Novitus SA creates its own capital group after the purchase of Insoft Sp. z o.o. |

2008 |
Sales of Novitus fiscal devices exceeds 450 000 pieces. |

2009 |
For the second time Novitus SA receives the most prestigious Polish award. The series of DELIO fiscal printers is awarded with TERAZ POLSKA emblem. |

2010 |
Novitus SA acquires the control share of its stock exchange-listed competitor Elzab SA. |
|
2011 |
Novitus SA merges with Comp SA. Novitus remains a branch of combined structures and Sales Technology Center of Comp SA. Sales of fiscal devices exceeds 600 000 pieces. |
